Founded in June 2016, FinChatBot is a startup incubated by Far Ventures from the very start. It has been created to develop a new communication medium facilitating the customer’s navigation through support services: a chat interface available 24/7 and built to meet the customer’s needs.
What we do
The FinChatBot team is currently building a conversational agent (chatbot) powered by rules and Artificial Intelligence (AI) that interacts and communicates with customers on behalf of a business entity and through a chat interface. The aim is to provide a new user experience so as to simplify the communication between a company and its customers. The whole team is focused on building a bot available on both Facebook Messenger and the clients’ websites. Additionally, there is a focus on keeping up with insurance industry trends in order to provide a new, more efficient approach to increase conversion rates.
